Laser Cut Panels

Our in house Laser Cutting machine can laser etch and etch print acrylic to create images including pictures. Laser cut panels can be produced with a glass like edge finish. Laser Cutting machines can create decretive shapes from acrylic, polycarbonate, wood and paper.

CNC Routing

Our in house CNC can route into wood, plastic and aluminium to create 3D shapes, v grooving for sign box trays and fabricated shapes in Acrylic and other plastics.

Flatbed Printing

Our in house Vutek creates flat bed printing onto Foam PVC, Vinyl, Banner grade, Aluminium Composite, Glass and Wood. Printing up to 40 square metres per hour, makes any work achievable from a one off sign to a fully printed hoarding.

Acrylic Line Bending

Our in house line bending facility can create fabricated plastic to create bends within plastics to create point of sale items, such as leaflet holders, menu holders, retail units and much more.

Lamination

Our in house laminating facility can create vinyl graphics laminated to boards such as foam and aluminium composite. Our state of the art flatbed laminator has a bed size up to 3050 x 1500 which can produce large format graphics for exhibitions, hoarding panels and point of sale.

Diamond Polishing

Our in house diamond polisher can create a glass like finish to acrylic, ideal for photo blocks, point of sale units.

Vinyl Printing

Our in house Mimaki printer can create vibrant images onto vinyl and banner grade. The wide format printer can create signs, graphics and banners.
