Acrylic Mirror is a available in 3mm and 5mm thickness, for large applications we recommend using the 5mm thickness as this will be more rigid and easier to keep flat.
You must always apply the material to a flat surface as this will reduce the chance of the material distortion.

Ideas for you to keep the mirror flat and rigid are.
Apply the Mirror to a Perfect flat sheet of plywood or MDF around 20mm thick and you can apply the mirror sheet to these products using VHB double sided tape or using Mirror Adhesive from Evo-Stick.
Again doing you must apply this evenly to help keep the material flat, this will minimize the chance of distortion.
